She has extensive experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, team building, and leadership management. She is skilled in executing activities in a timely manner, effectively managing resources, and coordinating closely with communities to ensure successful outcomes.
While working as a Project Manager at Mayur Memorial Trust, she made significant contributions in the areas of women empowerment and child education. She worked extensively in rural areas, providing skill-based training to women and adolescent girls to make them self-reliant. These trainings included beauty parlour services, tailoring, artificial bouquet making, and doll making. In addition, she supported and guided these women in starting their own small businesses, enabling them to become economically independent.
Jyoti Gountiya is highly dedicated to delivering impactful social projects and is known for her commitment, leadership, and result-driven approach in creating positive and sustainable change in society.
